Lead Management Manager (DACH) (m/f/x)

As part of the Lead Management Team, your primary responsibility is to maintain and develop an effective lead management and generation process.  The goal is to funnel marketing-qualified leads into direct and indirect sales pipelines. This includes the growth of existing data pool, setup of automated Lead Management workflows, optimizing the leads routine mechanism and the coordination of lead nurturing, monitoring the performance of diverse lead sources. In this role you occupy a pivotal position in supporting our dynamic sales force, contributing to the sustained overall growth of the company. 

Shape the future of B2B with us

  • Leads growth: deep dive into the existing data pool of Visable, leverage marketing tools to data enrich and activate the potential users with the help from lead scoring model. You will be in charge of the number of  leads growth in old free listing resources.  
  • Leads routine: with the qualified leads, align with the sales managers about how to make a scientific leads routine mechanism to make sure the leads can be fully treated and well converted. One of the key impacts is for the sales to spend the most important to focus on the most prioritized leads and finally convert the leads into customer efficiently. 
  • Leads automation and assignment: With the leads scoring system and leads routine mechanism, work with CRM and tech team to customized and optimize the leads engagement process, empowering sales to follow and convert the leads more efficiently. 
  • Data processing and application: support data selections for E-Mail/Whatsapp Marketing campaigns, webinars etc. Support on handling of data coming from outside of SugarCRM by doing the deduplication check, sense check for assign to sales. 
  • Communication: frequently communicating with external stakeholders, especially with the sales team about leads routine, leads feedback, leads test, etc.

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge in SQL, Python, and Knime is a plus, but not mandatory 
  • Excellent analytical skills, and good communication as well as an outgoing personality for the stakeholder Management.
  • Experience in data management, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team. 
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help to optimize operational work efficiently. 
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal).
